8Hz–40kHz

Reference Series · Est. 2014
A closed-back reference headphone built around a 40mm beryllium-coated driver, hand-assembled in Copenhagen. Nothing added. Nothing left out.

The philosophy
Most headphones flatter the recording. Ours refuse to. We voice every HELM against the master reference monitors used in mastering rooms — so what reaches your ear is the mix as it was signed off, not a marketing curve tuned for the showroom floor.
The result is unnervingly honest. A resolving midrange that never editorialises, bass with texture instead of bulk, and a treble that extends to 40kHz without ever turning brittle. You stop hearing the headphone. You start hearing the room it was recorded in.
The range
Drag to rotate the cylinder, or step through each model. Every HELM shares the same driver DNA — tuned for a different room, a different listener, a different hour of the night.

Materials & assembly
Every yoke is milled from a single billet of aerospace aluminium, anodised in a champagne tone that deepens with wear. Earpads are cut from full-grain Scandinavian leather and lambswool, stitched by hand and designed to be replaced — never discarded.

Limited · Studio Editions
Meet the Studio Editions — the same reference engine, dressed in colourways drawn from the mastering desks we grew up around. Numbered runs of 300. Once they're gone, they're archive.
